About La Boulangerie
Owners Sylvain and Sylvie Nykiel aimed to recreate the boulangerie from their childhood in Paris France, opening “La Boulangerie” in San Antonio in 2013, bringing flavors from home to the heart of the Alamo City.
The bakery has since been offering classic French dishes and homemade pastries made fresh daily using imported ingredients from France to keep the authentic taste profile. As the only french-owned bakery in the city, Sylvie and Sylvain bring more than 50 years of combined experience in the restaurant business to their bakery and fine dining concept.
The French mouthwatering classics include the pure chocolate croissant to the Kouing amann, or dishes such as the classic orange duck or fraisier.
