The Alliance Française de San Antonio is teaming up with Talking Tree Farm in Converse for an exciting dinner and experience on Saturday, November 10th.
Founded by French native Sylvain Clavieres and his wife Sarah, the organic farm grows vegetables that are sold every weekend at the farmer’s market at the Pearl.
Sylvain and Sarah will lead the Alliance Française on a bilingual French and English tour of the farm followed by a dinner made from produce grown at the open-air farm.
French-born sommelier and Alliance Française member Jean-Yves Ferrer has chosen two wines, one white and one red, to accompany the dinner.
Due to logistics at the site, the event is limited to 30 participants.
